Dr. Donaldson recently participated in the third of eight sessions in a continuing education course on diagnostic ultrasonography and lameness, given by Dr. Jean-Marie Denoix, a world-renowned expert in diagnostic ultrasonography and lameness. Dr. Denoix gives four clinics per year in the United States, the most recent one in Middleburg, Virginia. Each clinic focuses on normal anatomy and common sonographic abnormalities of a region of the horse such as the fetlock, hock, stifle, pelvis or back. The clinics were given through the International Society on Equine Locomotor Pathology www.iselp.org.
