Pre-Purchase Exam
If you would like to schedule a pre-purchase exam click on the link listed below and download our pre-purchase agreement. Once you have completed the agreement you may email the form to info@ueavet.com or fax to 610-932-6801.
Make sure to indicate which veterinarian would like to perform the exam.
